Q:What are the conditions during an emergency? And if so, how do I re-commissio n the system? A:In the event of a power failure or other emergency, the diaphragm pump and tur bo pump will automatically stop, but the inside of the chamber will not be opene d to the atmosphere.When power is restored, turn the main power OFF and then ON again, and start operation according to the normal procedure.
Q:Regarding LF-4+EX-4, is the holder leak-tested all at once, or can it be leak-test ed individually? A:All ports are designed for simultaneous leak testing. It is not possible to take out and test holders individually.
Q:Is it acceptable to measure the temperature without keeping the system under v acuum? Will there be a difference between vacuum and atmospheric condition s? A:A difference in temperature is expected, so measurements should be performed under vacuum. In the atmosphere, heat escapes through the air, which can resu lt in temperature readings that differ from those obtained under the actual oper ating condition (vacuum).
